Located in Shevchenko Park, the monument (erected in 1935) includes a sculpture of Taras Shevchenko standing above 16 figures representing heroes of his literary verses.

2nd photo: Revolution Memorial
Located on Constitution Square is a monument to Soviet Revolutionaries and, in the background, the Kharkov History Museum.

3rd photo: Lenin Statue
Lenin on Liberty Square (or Freedom Square, or the Square of Independence), the largest square in Europe, second largest in the world.

4th photo: Cossack Kharko Monument
Photo of monument dedicated to legendary founder of the city of Kharkov. Located on Liberty Square, the height of the monument, erected in 2005, stands at 7 meters.
