Russian Rock TV or "Special Rock TV", is the first rock-oriented digital Russian tv-channel, launched by Special Radio on December 2004. Special Radio's airplay is composed of Russian musicians who offer their tracks and video for rotation and is the largest service for independent musicians in Russia.
